GE Marketing Team Lead - Lung Cancer Product Group

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of portfolio strategies to optimize business performance, including lifecycle management and growth initiatives.
• Define and drive Therapeutic Area (TA) and brand strategies in alignment with global and local functional teams.
• Manage the TA portfolio budget, including planning, control, and P&L evaluation.
• Assist the Marketing Director in building team capabilities, establishing competency requirements, and developing subordinates through coaching.
• Forecast portfolio performance and track progress toward revenue and earnings objectives.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Field Force, medical, legal, and regulatory departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Medicine; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a people management role.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
