About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and design the overall multi-agent orchestration platform, including communication protocols, task routing, and error handling
- Partner with media experts to frame, design, and execute agentic solutions, converting business needs into technical requirements
- Act as a technical lead to mentor engineers and guide cross-functional collaboration
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for agent development
- Work closely with MLOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and scalability of the system
- Conduct testing and validation of agent interactions to ensure reliability and maintainability
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in software engineering
- 2–3 years of experience specifically with AI and agentic frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Proven ability to design complex architectures and deliver production-ready code
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building agentic AI solutions or working in tech teams within media or social platform companies
- Familiarity with media workflows, content management systems, or digital asset pipelines
- Experience leading small engineering teams or managing technical projects
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
