GCS Specialty Gas Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manage a team of approximately 9 engineers.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership for gas systems, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead and participate in safety initiatives and programs to drive world-class performance.
• Support technical troubleshooting of emergent equipment issues.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and construction teams to sustain and maintain equipment.
• Work with maintenance teams to plan and execute non-standard equipment maintenance and improvements.
• Coordinate with Fab Engineering groups to provide technical support and improve system reliability.
• Drive group culture toward continuous learning, development, and job satisfaction.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of direct operations experience related to gas and/or chemical supply systems.
• Experience with equipment that utilizes gases and/or chemicals for processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or electronics facility support, specifically with hazardous process materials.
• Direct experience in leadership and management of engineering teams.
