GCS Specialty Gas Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of approximately 9 engineers
• Drive world-class safety performance through participation in safety initiatives and programs
• Provide technical expertise and ownership for gas systems, safety, and quality standards
• Support technical troubleshooting of emergent equipment issues
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and construction teams to sustain and maintain equipment
• Work with maintenance teams to plan and execute non-standard equipment maintenance and improvements
• Coordinate with Fab Engineering groups to provide technical support and improve system reliability
• Foster a group culture focused on learning, development, and job satisfaction

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 6 years of direct operations experience related to gas and/or chemical supply systems
• Experience with equipment that utilizes gases and/or chemicals for processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or electronics facility support
• Expertise in handling hazardous process materials
• Direct leadership and management experience of engineering teams
