GCS Engineering Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in safety initiatives to drive world-class performance and a culture of continuous learning
• Provide technical expertise and ownership for specialty and bulk gas supply systems, safety, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot emergent equipment issues and provide technical direction for resolution
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and execute non-standard equipment maintenance and improvements
• Coordinate with Fab Engineering groups to provide technical support and improve system reliability
• Support the commissioning, startup, and installation of new equipment
• Lead Management of Change (MOC) for processes covered by PSM and RMP

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall professional experience
• Previous experience with bulk gas systems (e.g., Linde, APCI, Messer, Matheson, Air Gas) or extensive experience on a semiconductor equipment team
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) or Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills to interface with vendors, executives, and cross-functional teams
