GCP DevOps Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure components including VMs, storage, Kubernetes, and serverless functions
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Google Cloud Build
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure reliability and security
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Google Deployment Manager
• Perform cost optimization analyses and resource allocation planning
• Support incident management and provide technical guidance for deployment issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps with a focus on GCP
• Proficiency in Google Cloud services (GCE, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Functions)
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Stackdriver or Prometheus

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer or Architect certifications
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
