GCP AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and orchestrate high-reasoning, context-aware conversational agents using Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Gemini models.
• Blueprint and optimize production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate Knowledge Graphs.
• Engineer fluid dialogue state systems capable of handling non-linear, multi-turn user journeys.
• Implement function calling and dynamic tool-use pipelines to enable AI systems to interact with enterprise APIs.
• Productionize, monitor, and scale machine learning and LLM workflows within GCP Vertex AI using MLOps practices.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding architectural decisions and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in GCP Vertex AI for building and scaling models.
• Proven experience deploying Intelligent Agents in commercial or enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in RAG architectures and/or the implementation of Knowledge Graphs.
• Strong understanding of LLM workflows and MLOps.
