About the role
Responsibilities
- Overachieve sales quotas on a bi-annual basis through proactive pipeline management.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to engage clients and create customized industrial print solutions.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and ROI models that align with client business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Craft competitive sales strategies using domain-specific knowledge to position HP offerings in the market.
- Manage complex negotiations and client escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies by attending seminars and industry events.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their sales and consulting capabilities.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional work experience, preferably in technical or consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of commercial printing and in-plant printing business models.
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales and solution selling.
- Strong ability to create compelling value propositions and product demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
