GCD, Scaled CRM & Performance

Responsibilities

• Enforce narrative and visual standards across all scaled channels
• Partner with leadership to establish comprehensive program management
• Drive the integration of AI across creative output and workflows
• Act as the gatekeeper for craft across copywriting, design, and motion graphics
• Define the creative roadmap and empower senior creative leaders
• Act as a strategic peer to client VPs and Product Marketing Directors

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional creative teams in digital agencies or tech-native brands
• Deep expertise in high-volume digital advertising, lifecycle email, and CRM systems
• Technical literacy in AI suites, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and automated toolkits
• Strong eye for design, motion, and narrative structure
• Proven ability in change management and restructuring legacy teams
