GCC SC Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute materials planning processes and create planning documents in the GSI ERP solution
• Communicate delivery requirements to suppliers and act as a site representative during supplier interactions
• Coordinate with internal and external networks to ensure tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure accurate information is available for Site Material Planners and other business stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with service standards and protocols
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

Requirements

• Academic diploma in any subject (Supply Chain preferred)
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and tools
• Knowledge of ERP tools, specifically focusing on the Materials Management Module
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with BI tools
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
