GCC SC Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute materials planning processes and create planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution)
• Communicate delivery requirements to suppliers and coordinate with internal and external networks
• Ensure accurate information is available for Site Material Planner reference
• Act as a site representative when interacting with suppliers to ensure compliance with service standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

Requirements

• Academic diploma in any subject (Supply Chain preferred)
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and tools
• Knowledge of ERP tools, specifically focusing on the Materials Management Module
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with BI tools
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
