GC Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
• Act as the primary field leader on projects, ensuring professional conduct
• Manage productivity of crafts, materials, and equipment use
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, conducting weekly safety meetings and morning huddles
• Review project scope, plans, specifications, and schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and execute project schedules
• Maintain project documentation including daily logs, as-builts, and inspection reports
• Handle labor relations and jurisdictional disputes
• Assist with all project closeout requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Industrial projects
• Experience leading large, multi-union crews
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training/experience
• Proficiency with Primavera, Prolog, and Viewpoint
• Strong understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• MIOSHA Class 10 hours
• OSHA 30 and/or MUST Modules
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Accident Investigation certification
