GBS Technical Reviewer (QHSE)

Responsibilities

• Check audit report packs to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QHSE requirements
• Verify audit conduct regarding team competence, audit time, and plan structure
• Raise constructive queries to relevant personnel regarding audit adequacy
• Perform reviews in a timely manner according to KPI targets
• Utilize IT applications such as CertIQ and Digiapp
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of management system standards, accreditation requirements, and audit principles
• Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and objectives
• Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments

Requirements

• University degree in a technical subject such as science, engineering, or business
• Fluency in English
• At least 4 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, or Occupational Safety & Health management systems
• Successful completion of at least two Lead Auditor courses for QHSE Management systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to technical reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed QHSE management systems or scheme-specific training (e.g., NEBOSH)
• Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification for QHSE Management systems
• Experience related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 certification
