About the role
Responsibilities
- Review documents in accordance with provided Work Instructions
- Process audit report packs in GBS systems
- Generate and issue certificates
- Check submitted documents and issue invoices to clients
- Perform administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in back office activities
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data using IT applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Ability to produce clear reports and correspondence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in certification processes
- Familiarity with SGS IT tools such as Certnet or Applaudd
