About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review documents in accordance with provided Work Instructions
  • Process audit report packs within GBS systems
  • Generate and issue certificates to clients
  • Check submitted documents and issue invoices
  • Perform administrative tasks with high efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in back office activities
  • Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data using various IT applications
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to produce clear, organized reports and professional correspondence
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in certification processes
  • Familiarity with SGS IT tools such as Certnet or Applaudd
