About the role
Responsibilities
- Review documents in accordance with provided Work Instructions
- Process audit report packs within GBS systems
- Generate and issue certificates to clients
- Check submitted documents and issue invoices
- Perform administrative tasks with high efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back office activities
- Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data using various IT applications
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to produce clear, organized reports and professional correspondence
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in certification processes
- Familiarity with SGS IT tools such as Certnet or Applaudd
