About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Spain and Portugal region, providing support across both countries and the SCS and SP business units
- Conduct research and data investigation activities to support core team processes
- Manage and process cash applications and execute mass case applications
- Perform detailed analysis to support decision-making and prepare accounts receivable reports
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding cash application issues within required service level agreements
- Handle refund management processes and manage escalations to ensure proper resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Technical, or technological degree in administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in administration or finance preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 70%)
- Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge
- Ability to work the nightshift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 am - 11:30 am)
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Assertive and professional communication skills
