GBS Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, statutory compliance, tax compliance, cash management, and financial reporting for the Global Business Services (GBS) site
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial outlooks
• Manage cost allocation and intercompany recharge processes in compliance with transfer pricing policies
• Act as a finance business partner to the Site Leadership Team and Global Process Owners
• Support transformation projects, automation initiatives, and CAPEX investments
• Prepare and oversee financial statements for the GBS legal entity
• Monitor liquidity, cash cycles, and manage foreign exchange exposure
• Ensure financial governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to internal controls

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in finance, controlling, audit, or business partnering
• Proven experience managing legal entity financial statements and audits
• Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environments
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling, budgeting, and management reporting
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience with intercompany accounting and cost allocation methodologies
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
