About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry, management, and reporting activities within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Register jobs and validate accuracy of operational data including sample login, field data, and subcontract lab data
- Verify report data accuracy and maintain customer databases
- Provide reports documenting reviews and changes
- Ensure lab deadlines and turnaround times are met
- Support operational improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency
- Respond to technical queries and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Minimum four-year university degree from an internationally accredited institution
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or C1 level)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year data entry, management, and verification experience
