About the role
Responsibilities
- Own DComm media performance across key KPIs for Paid Search and lower funnel programmatic media to deliver eCommerce business objectives
- Manage the budget tracking process with rigour, working with agencies and finance partners to ensure alignment on investment targets and ROI
- Oversee critical path management by working with multi-functional teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for both sales and marketing needs
- Manage the digital media agency and maintain close alignment with retail agency teams
- Collaborate with shopper and sales teams to ensure optimized grocery execution and create "golden rules" for activation
- Drive capability management by sharing best practices and upskilling wider Haleon teams in GBI
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience overseeing business reviews
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence audiences
- Passion for insights with the ability to deliver compelling justifications for category-leading projects
- High sense of urgency, responsibility, and learning agility
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in marketing, digital media, sales, or digital commerce
- A strong interest in the evolving world of digital commerce
