Gazaal Activation and Expansion Specialist (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Support the successful launch of Gazaal’s pilot and manage operational workstreams for future expansion
• Manage resource allocation, including financial, FTEs, and vendors, to align with strategic goals
• Oversee third-party vendors, managing their identification, engagement, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talents, Commercial Partnerships, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of expansion plans
• Provide regular documentation and reporting on project progress, risks, and operational bottlenecks
• Implement process improvements and optimize operational workflows to ensure scalability
• Act as a liaison between leadership and various internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale projects, including pilot launches or organizational scaling
• Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working within the UAE or familiarity with the UAE government stakeholder ecosystem
• Strong background in strategic planning and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization
• Previous experience in an operational role within an Early Childhood Development (ECD) organization
