Gate & Commercial Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee gate and commercial garage door service and installation teams
• Manage department operations including sales, dispatch, pricing, inventory, and fleet maintenance
• Create and execute marketing plans and lead generation programs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards
• Provide technical support and ongoing coaching to team members
• Hire, onboard, and evaluate technicians
• Monitor team performance to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership on departmental reports and budgets
• Respond to service issues and manage scheduling needs including emergencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of gate or commercial garage door experience
• 5+ years of hands-on field experience in light commercial garage door service
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of garage door systems and home service codes
• High school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
