Gastro Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide personal advice and support to existing customers in the non-food sector
• Actively sell the non-food product range and target-group-oriented services
• Focus on active and systematic acquisition of new customers in the hotel and gastronomy sectors
• Support field customer management and non-food department managers in the wholesale market
• Monitor trends in the gastro non-food sector
• Identify market and competitor opportunities to convert them into measurable successes
• Adapt contracts to customer needs to support their revenue development

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy and/or commercial field
• Ideally relevant field service experience, preferably in gastronomy or the food industry
• Communicative and dynamic networking personality with strong relationship skills
• Market and customer orientation with negotiation skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent specialist and product knowledge in the non-food sector
• Experience with large-scale kitchen technology is a plus
• Very good command of German
• Proficiency in MS Office and affinity for IT programs
