Gas Station Attendant

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during assigned shifts
• Follow all federal, state, and company safety guidelines and policies
• Communicate store operations and changes to management
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer environment inside and around the store
• Promptly report workplace accidents, injuries, or incidents
• Greet customers and suggest possible purchases or specials

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform basic calculations for shift reports and vendor check-ins
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco and alcohol sales
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
• Ability to work in various temperature environments and weather conditions
• Willingness to perform general housekeeping duties
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Availability to work weekends
