Gas and Electricity Billing Technician

Responsibilities

• Management and monitoring of the complete billing cycle process
• Review and validation of issued invoices, consumption, rates, contracts, and commercial conditions
• Analysis and resolution of billing-related incidents
• Management of adjustments, rebilling, and regularizations
• Coordination with operations, commercial, customer service, and systems areas
• Preparation of reports and monitoring of area indicators
• Participation in the continuous improvement of billing processes and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing roles within the energy sector, preferably gas
• Knowledge of energy billing processes, consumption reading, contracts, and rates
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
• Knowledge or experience in SIGE
• Experience in energy retail companies
• Knowledge of the Spanish energy market and its operational processes
