Gas and Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in domestic gas and air conditioning equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of gas and air conditioning installations
• Replace and adjust components and equipment
• Verify the correct operation and safety of installations
• Attend to homes and small businesses through planned routes
• Prepare reports and follow up on completed actions
• Comply with established safety and quality protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in repair or maintenance of gas and air conditioning equipment
• Technical knowledge in domestic and commercial gas and air conditioning installations
• Driver's license
• Availability for field work and travel
• APMR accreditation

Preferred Qualifications

• Gas installer license or accreditation
• Experience in technical assistance, maintenance, or SAT
• Knowledge of boilers, heaters, and thermal equipment
• Training in PRL and risks associated with gas installations
• Problem-solving, organized, and customer-oriented profile
