Garment Technologist

Responsibilities

• Guide manufacturers regarding pattern making and technical specifications
• Conduct fitting processes on models to ensure optimal fit and silhouette
• Research and implement trending technical methods and construction techniques
• Perform trend-based analysis for fit, sizing, and pattern development
• Identify potential technical risks during pre-order and sample approval stages and provide effective solutions

Requirements

• University degree in Ready-to-Wear, Fashion, or Textile-related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and sewing standards for women's wear
• Strong technical knowledge of patterns and garment construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work on-site at our Maslak, Istanbul office
