Garment Tailor

Responsibilities

• Customize, personalize, and repair Levi’s® denim products for customers.
• Understand customer needs, including taking measurements for leg alterations and providing customization options on the shop floor.
• Support the shop floor team with sales and exceptional customer service once tailoring tasks are complete.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of tailoring appointments.
• Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with industrial sewing machines.
• Previous professional tailoring experience.
• High standard of sewing and stitching skills.
• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
