About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the critical path from end to end
- Negotiate prices, delivery lead times, and quality standards with factories and suppliers
- Coordinate with buying and design teams for supplier buying trips
- Review fits, workmanship, and fabric performance to ensure product quality
- Propose new production processes aligned with commercial and sustainability goals
- Research and present trend updates, manufacturing techniques, and trims
- Collaborate with Sustainability and Ethical Teams to ensure production transparency
Requirements
- Experience in garment manufacturing, sourcing, or production
- Experience in a multi-product supplier or retail environment
- Strong presentation skills for stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Understanding of PLM systems and production tracking is a plus
