Gardener

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain stunning gardens using natural, chemical-free techniques
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, keeping them at the heart of all work
• Safely use provided tools, uniform, and PPE
• Collaborate with colleagues as part of the gardening team

Requirements

• Demonstrated competence in a similar gardening or horticultural role
• Knowledge of plants and growth patterns
• High level of fitness for physically demanding outdoor work
• NZ Drivers License and ability to drive a small manual truck
• Safe work practices and initiative
• Level 3 Horticulture ideal; training provided for enthusiastic applicants
