Gardener

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore the historic Grade II* grounds and gardens
• Perform various grounds maintenance tasks including lawn maintenance and hedge cutting
• Execute plant propagation and pruning
• Operate a variety of garden machinery safely and effectively
• Support the Head Gardener with day-to-day grounds maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
• Proficiency with the use of garden machinery
• Valid Driving License
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
