About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on outdoor landscaping projects, from initial ideas to final implementation
- Identify specific customer needs to propose the most suitable gardening solutions
- Manage visual merchandising by creating inspiring product displays and seasonal scenes
- Maintain impeccable department standards, including cleanliness, pricing, and organization
- Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to prevent product shortages
- Ensure an efficient and organized shelf stocking process
Requirements
- Strong team spirit and a passion for local retail
- Proficiency in sales techniques or a strong desire to learn them
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer trust
- Customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction
- Previous experience in sales is preferred, but passionate beginners are welcome
Benefits
- Full-time CDI contract (approximately 35 hours per week)
- Monthly salary starting from €1,868 gross (adjustable based on expertise)
