Responsibilities

• Perform garage door repairs, installations, and troubleshooting with a high standard of quality
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and a solution-driven mindset
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and customers
• Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work with hand/power tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
