About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers
  • Perform thorough inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
  • Diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and recommend products or upgrades
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and empathetic customer experience
  • Document work accurately with notes, diagrams, and photos
  • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with garage door systems (commercial preferred)
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service software
