Garage Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential & commercial garage doors
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform safety inspections and quality checks
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Recommend upgrades or additional services when appropriate
• Document work with notes and photos for accurate service records
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Comfortable using tools and working in various environments

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience
• Previous garage door experience
• ServiceTitan experience
• OSHA/safety knowledge
