Garage Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers
• Meet with homeowners during scheduled service appointments
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Recommend upgrades and solutions that fit their needs
• Complete 4–5 company-provided appointments per day
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Experience in construction, mechanical work, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or related trades
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to safely use tools and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed
