Garage Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers
• Deliver high-quality customer service and professional communication
• Document work using notes, diagrams, and photos
• Inspect all work to ensure safety standards and company expectations are met
• Identify and recommend helpful upgrades and services to customers
• Coordinate tasks and team communication using ServiceTitan

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Proficiency with standard hand tools
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in garage door systems is a plus
