Responsibilities

• Diagnose garage door problems and present repair or upgrade options to homeowners
• Close sales on the spot by building trust and handling objections
• Perform technical installations and repairs including springs, motors, rollers, and full systems
• Install openers, keypads, and wiring
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience to generate repeat and referral business

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of garage door sales and service experience
• Proven ability to close jobs in a residential setting
• Valid driver’s license with a 3+ year driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug test
• Basic proficiency with navigation apps, Google tools, and tablets
• Currently employed by a reputable garage door company

• High close rate (80%+ preferred)
• Strong track record of 5-star customer reviews
• Experience managing average ticket size and sales processes in the field
