Garage Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair garage doors, openers, and related equipment
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records including notes, diagrams, and photos
• Provide professional, customer-first service and solutions
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in cross-training
• Follow OSHA best practices and maintain a safety-focused mindset

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in garage door or dock equipment preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, or high-speed doors
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
