Garage Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers
• Deliver 5-star customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Document work with clarity using notes, diagrams, and photos
• Inspect work to ensure it meets safety standards and company expectations
• Recommend helpful upgrades and services to customers
• Coordinate tasks using ServiceTitan

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Proficiency with standard hand tools
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in garage door systems
