Responsibilities
- Diagnose garage door problems in residential homes
- Present repair and upgrade options confidently to homeowners
- Close sales on the spot
- Perform technical repairs including replacing springs, motors, rollers, and full systems
- Install openers, keypads, and wiring
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience to generate repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of garage door sales and service experience
- Proven ability to close jobs in the home
- Valid driver’s license with a 3+ year driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, bend, climb, and kneel
- Proficiency with navigation apps and tablets
- Currently employed by a reputable garage door company

- Strong history of 5-star customer reviews
- Experience with high-ticket sales and objection handling
