Garage Door Sales/Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix technical issues on residential and commercial garage doors including springs, cables, and openers
• Handle installations, maintenance, and repairs to high standards
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate door or component upgrades
• Upsell premium services and products to add value to customer solutions
• Maintain accurate records including service notes and photos
• Uphold all safety rules, including ladder work and heavy lifting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales or consultative experience
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with technical troubleshooting
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Strong professional communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
