Garage Door Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners via telephone to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions
• Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up
• Generate and pursue new leads via phone consultations
• Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations
• Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style
• Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using Service-Titan
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Requirements

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, automotive, or distribution is a plus
• Tech-savvy with experience using Service-Titan or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to perform office-based duties
