Garage Door Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and recommend solutions
• Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations
• Recommend products and upgrades for safety and functionality
• Coordinate with installation and service teams
• Maintain customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan
• Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own schedule
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
