Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and educating customers
• Conduct accurate inspections to ensure work meets safety codes and brand standards
• Document job details with photos, notes, and recommendations
• Provide upgrade recommendations and identify value-add service opportunities
• Represent the brand with professionalism and craftsmanship

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort using mobile dispatch technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous garage door experience
• Experience with ServiceTitan
