Garage Door Install Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Perform thorough inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes
• Maintain accurate records of jobs including notes, photos, and diagrams
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Recommend products and upgrades to meet customer needs
• Uphold company reputation for safety and integrity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
• Proficiency with basic hand tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous garage door experience
• Experience with ServiceTitan
