Gaming Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of slot machines to ensure optimal working order
• Maintain and repair bill validators on sports betting kiosks
• Respond to slot repair requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate departmental records and reports
• Follow all Encore Boston Harbor core values, property standards, and safety protocols
• Contribute to departmental performance and adhere to all policies and procedures

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift or maneuver at least 50 pounds
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance instructions
• Proficiency in conversational English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or casino environment
