Gaming Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and report on active global gaming partnerships to drive business growth and brand presence.
• Nurture existing partner relationships and identify impactful projects that create mutual value.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with HP's strategic objectives.
• Monitor partnership performance by collecting data and feedback to optimize current and future collaborations.
• Create impactful reports for stakeholders based on KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Lead product seeding activities and report on their effectiveness.
• Assist in managing marketing expenditure, partner funding, and budget forecasting.
• Follow industry trends, competitor activities, and partner activations to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, and/or communications.
• Strong familiarity with the gaming industry, including publishers, developers, IP, and the esports landscape.
• Proven project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer technology or hardware industries.
• Experience with global partnership marketing, including co-marketing activations and campaign execution across digital, social, and retail channels.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
