About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and report on active global gaming partnerships to drive business growth and brand presence.
- Nurture existing partner relationships and identify impactful projects that create mutual value.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with HP's strategic objectives.
- Monitor partnership performance by collecting data and feedback to optimize current and future collaborations.
- Create impactful reports for stakeholders based on KPIs and contractual obligations.
- Lead product seeding activities and report on their effectiveness.
- Assist in managing marketing expenditure, partner funding, and budget forecasting.
- Follow industry trends, competitor activities, and partner activations to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, and/or communications.
- Strong familiarity with the gaming industry, including publishers, developers, IP, and the esports landscape.
- Proven project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer technology or hardware industries.
- Experience with global partnership marketing, including co-marketing activations and campaign execution across digital, social, and retail channels.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
