  • Lead, manage, and mentor support and VIP teams

Requirements

  • Strong experience in iGaming operations, CRM, support, or VIP management
  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and engagement strategies
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Serbia
