- Analyze player data to optimize performance and engagement metrics
- Lead, manage, and mentor support and VIP teams
Requirements
- Strong experience in iGaming operations, CRM, support, or VIP management
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and engagement strategies
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to relocate to Serbia
