Gaming Equipment Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance, verification, and repair of gaming equipment and related sub-assemblies
• Assist in all service requirements necessary for gaming machine equipment
• Read and interpret data records generated by gaming equipment
• Move and install gaming equipment as required
• Provide technical consultancy and follow internal technical operation policies
• Safely operate shop tools including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment
• Prepare documentation corresponding to performed operations
• Represent the company in relation to relevant gambling authorities
• Provide input to streamline policies for improved machine repair, safety, and security

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar technical role
• Proficiency with hardware tools and power equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends
• Conversational level of English
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
