About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track gaming equipment inventory, including cards, dice, and roulette wheels, to ensure live casino tables are fully stocked.
  • Coordinate with shift managers, supervisors, trainers, and QA teams to maintain equipment standards.
  • Track inventory for testing and photo shoot requirements.
  • Place orders for new studio launches, including felts, balls, dice, and rims.
  • Perform quality inspections on playing card orders to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Uphold operational procedures and report any deviations promptly.
  • Provide administrative support as required by the gaming operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in gaming operations or a warehouse environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and time-sensitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience specifically managing gaming equipment inventory.
  • Knowledge of casino gaming procedures and industry terminology.
